CodeTwo Exchange Rules - CodeTwo Exchange Rules software automatically adds signatures and disclaimers to outgoing email sent via Exchange Server. CodeTwo Exchange Rules is an ideal solution for all companies using Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 or Small Business Server (SBS) as their mail server. In the light of recent legal changes, laying the duty of adding contact and identification information upon companies to their outgoing e-mail messages, this is a very convenient solution, allowing centralized addition of company disclaimers or individual signatures of employees to their outbound messages without their interference. Thanks to the program you can add important information, e.g. company address and logo, confiden- tiality clause, sender's personal data to corporate e-mails in a simple way. The program features: - adding different disclaimers and signatures to e-mails, depending on the message sender's address or his/her domain, - adding personalized signatures containing the sender's data available in the Active Directory database to e-mails, for instance the first and last name, company, branch, phones, e-mail address, etc. - adding disclaimers and signatures containing images, - recording information about all messages sent and received via Exchange Server in the program logs, - no need for any user interference - disclaimers and signatures are managed centrally on the server by the administrator. CodeTwo Exchange Rules is installed on a computer with Exchange Server installed. The administrator is able to centrally define all possible disclaimers added to messages sent via Exchange Server. Disclaimers may differ depending on the message sender and can also contain the sender's personal or official data, such as the first name, last name, company, branch, phones, e-mail, address, etc.
